Way Of Fortune / Up & Down

Pat & Roxie's "Way Of Fortune" begins with the impactful Skatalites theme. A male vocal duo with a stylish mood, although not as skillful as the Blues Busters. The original release was on the Jamaican Down Beat label, and no UK version was released. A rare ska vocal that sold for over 150,000 yen at the Drum & Bass Records auction. The coupling song is the killer ska song "Up & Down" by Mighty Vikings, who are active on Studio One's WINCOX label and are famous for their performance on The Wailers' "Lonesome Feeling." This is also a Jamaican only release. In over 30 years of record buying experience, the original copy is so rare that I have only seen it once.
